TOOL CHESTS:Solid cherry Portland, Maine area carpenter's tool chest, having three front drawers behind hinged drop panel, the interior cherry lid panel graphically framed with various wood inlaid try squares, 1890 date, owner's initials and star embellishment. Pine-cased sash maker's tool chest, having walnut interior with dovetailed compartments and molded crotch walnut lid panel with decorative carved corners. Other tool chests of different sizes, types and woods. Gorstner machinist's oak tool chest and another oak example with raised panel facade.
